What an incredible piece of art.

Lithuanian born sculptor, Arturas, has produced this very intricate and extraordinarily detailed sculpture. The metal finishing on a piece so detailed would have been hugely labour intensive and time consuming. A family of seahorses on a reef adorned by a plethora of barnacles and small crustaceans, the artist has created this piece of art in a way that it could actually be used as a centre piece, on a rather grand scale, to place candles on. The beautiful flower detail has been lovingly cast in silver.

Arturas sculpts, casts and patinates his own work in his studio in Galway and has an international following.  This piece is great fun and very collectable piece. The level of detail and small parts would have made it a difficult task to cast and patinate as beautifully as he has done.
