We are obsessed with this piece which just arrived to the gallery by contemporary artist Kaye Maahs. Another stage in the lifecycle of the humble dandelion, this depiction of the ‘Dandelion Bud’ against the cream canvas – is truly beautiful and is quite simply, a superb original and very collectable painting.

This piece would just look incredible in a contemporary space!

With a deliberate hand, but a stunningly, delicate touch, this extraordinarily competent and self-assured artist, Maahs, has produced a stunning collection of works based around nature.  A magnificently collectable artist, whose name has been pinpointed as ‘one to watch’ on many an occasion and whose star continues to rise.

Kaye has won awards and bursaries and exhibited both nationally and internationally. She continues to be chosen to partake in the RHA’s annual exhibition, and this year won the Alex Bradley Award from the RHA show. She was also recently selected to show at the Royal Academy’s summer exhibition in London 2024 and now has work hanging in private collections around the world.
