A calm, warm and fuzzy feeling emanates from this gorgeous almost soft focus painting of a fishing boat on the beach; left high and dry, moored on a low tide. There is a suggestion from the painting of new beginnings, as the men walk around it, preparing it – for its next voyage.

Another truly beautiful painting by Danny V Smith. Using quick drying acrylics, Danny’s ability to infuse as much colour as possible into everything from the ground to the sky, is wonderful and so distinctive as his work. His knowledge of colour and how to use it, is quite incredible.
