‘Searching for Fungi’ is a gorgeous original acrylic on canvas by celebrated artist Danny Vincent Smith. Using a rustic colour palette, with fabulous teals and deep browns, the painting shows three men on a strand in Co. Kerry, searching for their old friend Fungi the Dolphin. This painting is in response to the national outcry that occurred when the famous Dingle Dolphin went missing and unfortunately never returned.
