It has finally arrived! It was an exciting moment for us to flick through the pages of our paperback edition of ‘Smashing it in the Art Industry’, when the first copies landed in the gallery last week.
This is a book that we had carefully put together to reach out to artists who may need answers to some of the more ‘industry specific’ questions that they may have.

“We come from a family of artists, over two generations; we can see both sides of the coin” – So basically, as curators of Kilbaha Gallery for over the past decade now, and indeed coming from a family of artists ourselves, we could see both sides of this ‘industry’ coin – both from the artists perspective and that of the industry.
No one had done this before – no one had taken the business side of selling art, the commercial end or the gallery side and put that information out there for artists!
