Quite stylised, with his quirky shapes and form and his rusty coloured patina, this two dimensional bronze horse by Connolly is a ‘stop you in your tracks’ kind of piece. What is he doing? Has he spotted something? Is he waiting for his friends to catch up?
Like most of Connolly’s bronze animals series, he is fun but most importantly, very beautiful and a lovely piece of art to own. At 34cm in height, he makes quite the visual impact.
